Your Impact
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in creating a welcoming, memorable experience. You will deliver efficient, professional service throughout the guest stay, from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Complete guest check-in, room assignments, and check-out procedures while accommodating special requests.
  • Utilize the Agilysys property management system to manage reservations and guest profiles.
  • Process guest billing, cash transactions, and end-of-shift balancing accurately.
  • Maintain knowledge of room rates, resort amenities, daily activities, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous customer service experience required; hotel or resort experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
