Job description

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven recruiting professional to support hiring efforts for a fast-paced light industrial environment in Spartanburg, SC. This onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on setting, enjoys building connections with candidates and hiring leaders, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and urgency.

What You Will Do
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team priorities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
  • Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate fit, availability, and work history.
  • Coordinate onboarding steps and communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Track applicant progress and maintain accurate recruiting records in applicant tracking systems and related tools.
  • Support high-volume hiring needs while delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to help meet staffing goals and reduce time-to-fill.
