Job description

Labor Rocket is seeking motivated individuals to work as a CNC operator at our client in Rochester, MI. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, this family-owned company provides the environment you need to succeed!
Shifts and Pay:
1st shift is 7am to 3pm
2nd shift is 3pm to 11pm
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machines in an automotive manufacturing production environment
  • Perform quality checks on all produced parts using gauges and measurement tools
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE

Requirements:
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs consistently throughout the 8-hour shift
  • Strong work history with longevity in previous roles
  • Ability to work in a loud and fast-paced environment
  • Recent, consistent manufacturing experience required
  • Machine operating experience in a machine shop environment is preferred but not required
