This role will lead strategic marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and product positioning. This hybrid role combines the performance-driven focus of demand generation with the strategic messaging responsibilities of product marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building full-funnel marketing campaigns, crafting compelling product narratives, and working cross-functionally to drive measurable business growth.This role also includes leadership responsibilities such as mentoring team members, managing priorities across projects, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with brand standards and revenue goals.
Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager will focus on demand generation activities to help drive quality leads for sales that generate revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate demand for the company's direct to market human capital management (HCM) solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to identify and produce materials that support the prospect-to-client lifecycle.
  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including events, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to optimize and refine strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing, specifically as it pertains to the HCM market.
  • Travel may be required occasionally to attend team onsite meetings, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions. This may include air travel, ground transportation (including cars, taxis, or rideshare services), and in some cases potential public transportation

Required Education & Experience

  • At least five years' experience in marketing - preferably in B2B or software.
  • Proven success in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in project management, marketing automation tools, CRM and other marketing technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed.
