JOB DESCRIPTION

Named one of the Top 21 Best Ice Cream Shops in America, Scooter's Frozen Custard is a seasonal ice cream shop on the North Side of Chicago. Our employees are proud to work in this family owned business. Frequently, we are complimented for the friendliness and quality of our Staff. We often promote from within and are always looking for Crew Members who are looking for greater responsibility. We're looking for great people to add to our team to provide fantastic customer service with a smile!


As part of our Crew, you will help serve our customers delicious frozen treats in a friendly and fast manner. Our team needs outgoing people with great smiles and lots of energy!


We are currently looking for individuals for

Weekday AFTERNOON shifts: NOON or 2pm Start - 5pm/6pm availability REQUIRED

Some night and weekend availability a plus.


Compensation is generous and there is room for advancement.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous customer service/food service experience an asset but not required
  • Eagerness to develop top-notch customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Flexible availability
  • Fast and driven learner
  • Ability to follow safety/store guidelines and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time
  • At least 16 years old.
  • Available to work at Noon weekdays with some night and weekend availability a plus
  • Available to work until December 5, 2025 as this is a seasonal business.
  • This is not a Summer only position. Need minimum availability to December 5.
