Are you a hands-on Construction Foreman who leads by example, understands jobsite operations, and knows how to keep crews productive, safe, and organized?

We are hiring an experienced Working Foreman to support active commercial construction projects. This is a leadership role for someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and willing to work alongside the crew to get the job done.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise construction labor crews onsite
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
  • Conduct and implement daily Pre-Task Plans (PTPs)
  • Ensure PPE compliance and adherence to OSHA standards
  • Track labor hours, productivity, and crew performance
  • Coordinate material movement and site logistics
  • Perform carpentry and general labor duties as needed
  • Operate equipment when required
  • Communicate effectively with field leadership and crews
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced construction environment


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Construction Labor Foreman or Working Foreman
  • Commercial or industrial construction experience preferred
  • Carpentry experience required
  • Knowledge of common form systems preferred
  • OSHA 10 required | OSHA 30 preferred
  • Experience managing crews, safety, and production onsite
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance required
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Schedule Expectations

  • Mondayโ€“Friday schedule with frequent weekend work
  • 8โ€“12+ hour shifts
  • Overtime expected based on project needs
