Now hiring General Labor associates for manufacturing plant in Coconut Creek, FL!

Core Responsibilities:
  • Production & Packaging: Assist with assembly lines, organize packing materials, and package finished baked goods securely.
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move baking ingredients, supplies, and finished inventory using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
  • Quality & Safety Support: Inspect products for basic quality defects and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
  • Sanitation & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace in compliance with food safety and OSHA guidelines.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in food production or bakery manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Ability to operate industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs.

Working Conditions:
