Job description

Warehouse Associate - Part Time
Hours: 10am to 4pm, Monday - Friday
Position Summary: The Warehouse Associate will support our warehouse operations by processing incoming stock, preparing orders for shipping and keeping the warehouse organized.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload the delivery vehicles and over-the-road trucks.
  • Ensure orders are built and loaded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Properly process incoming shipments and rotate product in the warehouse.
  • Safely operate various types of warehouse equipment as necessary.
  • Adhere to all warehouse, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and clean warehouse by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and other spaces organized.
  • Collaborate with co-workers and managers to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License
  • Must be punctual and dependable.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Basic computer skills and math skills
  • Must be able to distinguish the difference between colors.
  • High school diploma or comparable certification (GED)
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish/English)
  • Prior experience in delivery, retail sales, cashiering, or customer service position a plus but not required.

This job requires standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching overhead, gripping, squatting, and carrying the product to and from the delivery and customer vehicles as well as to areas within the store.
