Tag Systems USA is seeking a full-time Carrier Printing - Label Printing Specialist in West Valley City, UT. Earn $22 per hour in a full-time, high-security environment where your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help power the future of secure printing.

As a Carrier Printing - Label Printing Specialist, you'll work a consistent schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. This full-time role offers steady hours and a predictable routine, so you can plan your life outside of work with confidence.

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A CARRIER PRINTING - LABEL PRINTING SPECIALIST?

Each day, you will arrive ready to cross-train and operate printing machines, focusing on accuracy and efficiency. You will begin by verifying job tickets for proper closure and double signatures, and reviewing shipment requirements. Throughout the day, you will categorize orders by service agreements and shipping deadlines, pull the correct carrier stock, and use templates and Mail Merge files to print carriers with the necessary information. You will check every print for quality, compare finished carriers to provided samples, and print shipping labels using applications like FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post. You'll monitor inventory, update or create templates in Microsoft Word, and extract tracking data for daily reports. Safety, security, and adherence to strict protocols will be a constant priority, as you wear your company-provided smock, follow all HSA regulations, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
