Plastics Injection Molding Machine Operator
$18/hr + Overtime | 12-Hour Shifts | Stable, Full-Time Work

DuraPlas is hiring Machine Operators to join our growing production team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying busy, and being part of a team that keeps production moving!


Weโ€™re actively hiring and looking to fill multiple Machine Operator positions. Day shifts and Overnight shifts are available!

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Operate and monitor injection molding machines
  • Trim excess material using hand tools (knives, clippers, etc.)
  • Follow job instructions to complete production orders accurately
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
  • Label and package finished products for shipping or storage
  • Complete basic secondary operations as needed
  • Identify and report machine or material issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
