Now Hiring: Machine Operator I – Mixer Operator

Arlington, TX
$16.00/hour
Day Shift | Monday–Friday

A growing manufacturing facility in Arlington is seeking a dependable and hardworking Machine Operator / Mixer Operator to join their production team. This is a fast-paced industrial environment that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work in hot and dirty conditions.

Schedule

  • Typical hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
  • Currently working extended hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Overtime may be required based on production needs

Responsibilities

  • Operate mixing equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Read and follow work instructions accurately
  • Identify and verify chemical labels and materials
  • Inspect material weights for accuracy
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and production records
  • Coordinate with production staff regarding scheduling needs
  • Accurately complete and sign weighment reports
  • Assist in other production areas as needed
  • Cross-train on additional workstations

Requirements
