Bringing Home the Dough
Operates pan system including stacker and unstacker, ensures an even flow of pans into the pan-o-mat and that all pans are stacked and stored. Be able to operate the Model-K/panomat, proof box and oven when necessary. Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality.
Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
  • Sets up all equipment according to established standards. This includes pan system, model-k, pan-o-mat, proof box and oven.
  • Ensures an even continuous flow of the proper pans into the pan-o-mat.
  • Sets up all equipment in the pan system, including pan stacker, unstacker and all pan guides on the pan cooling system according to established procedures.
  • Ensures proper stacking of pans and storage in designated area.
  • Have the ability to operate roll model-k, panomat, proofer and oven when necessary.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area at all times while on duty.
  • Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedure, including safety and work rules, etc.
  • Performs other duties as directed by supervision.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
  • Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures
