The Role

Take pride in quality output and keeping things running smoothly? As a Label Shop Associate at our Front Royal, VA Distribution Center, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making sure Ferguson's branch locations get exactly the custom labels they need - accurately printed, carefully packaged, and on time. This is a detail-focused, production role with real ownership and variety.

Schedule & Pay

  • $22.00 per hour
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - no rotating shifts, no nights
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Benefits begin at 30 days

What You'll Do

  • Receive, process, and prioritize custom label orders from Ferguson branch locations
  • Operate and perform routine maintenance on label printing machinery
  • Conduct quality checks on all orders to verify accuracy against specifications
  • Manage inventory of label stock, ink, and printing supplies
  • Communicate with branch reps to clarify orders and provide status updates
  • Package and ship finished orders to branch locations in excellent condition
  • Troubleshoot printing issues and resolve production concerns quickly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, production, or printing-related role is a plus
  • Sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Clear communicator - comfortable working with internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. as needed
