The Coordinator, Sourcing and Supplier Management - Maison plays an active role in implementing our sourcing strategy by ensuring the onboarding, monitoring, and evaluation of supplier partners. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to meet quality, compliance, speed, and cost requirements.

Analytical, well-organized, and collaborative, this person plays a pivotal role between Simons and its suppliers. They ensure supplier alignment with our operational standards, values, and strategic objectives, while supporting the continuous improvement of our supplier management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee supplier onboarding, performance monitoring, and evaluation to ensure alignment with quality, compliance, speed, and cost expectations.

  • Maintain the supplier matrix, performance dashboards, and contractual documentation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (buying, production, product development, design, quality) to support sourcing needs and issue resolution.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of supplier management tools, processes, and communication flows.

  • Ensure suppliers adhere to Simons' standards, values, and strategic sourcing objectives.

Desired Profile

  • A bachelor's degree or university diploma in supply chain management, operations management, or another related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sourcing, production, or supplier management, preferably in the home goods sector.

  • Strong knowledge of fabric quality, inspection processes, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, to effectively interact with all stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Familiarity with private label management systems or similar tools is considered an asset.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
