- Reponse aux appels telephoniques
- Gestion du systeme telephonique et des postes
- Envois postaux
- Distribution des appels
- Gestion des fournitures de bureau
- Gestion de communications entrante de l'entreprise ainsi que des allees et venues.
- Perception des clients
- Saisie des factures clients
- Saisie des factures fournisseurs et des echeances fournisseurs
- Gestion de la petite caisse et carte de credit

Qualifications :
- Une formation academique en comptabilite, administration ou autre domaine connexe
