The Role, Your Impact:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will be:• Ensure the sales and promotion of Olymel products under national brands and private labels
• Develop and grow Olymel’s position in Private Label and HMR categories
• Build, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships to align on joint strategies
• Establish and execute business and commercial plans (volume, profitability, promotions) and track performance monthly
• Drive category and product performance for each client based on strategic objectives
• Analyze market data (Nielsen, Circana) to identify business opportunities
• Monitor client budgets and ensure alignment with financial targets
• Prepare quotations and perform necessary financial analyses
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and implement action plans to optimize performance
• Ensure customer commitments are met in collaboration with Sales Strategy, Trade Marketing, and internal teams
• Maintain strong internal communication to support day-to-day operations
• Coordinate and support the launch of new products across categories

Your assets for this position:

  • Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in key account management or sales with demonstrated success
  • Skills: Strong communication, strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and accountability for results; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI; knowledge of Nielsen and Circana; excellent interpersonal skills; fluency in English
