We are recruiting for the following position:

Sea Mar is seeking a Phlebotomy Technician (MA-P) to perform phlebotomy, waived lab tests, automated CBCs, EKGs, and spirometry to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role ensures accurate specimen collection, testing, documentation, and strong patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws; ensure proper specimen handling
  • Conduct EKGs and spirometry testing with proper calibration and documentation
  • Process specimens for reference labs and maintain QC/QA logs
  • Maintain inventory, equipment, and safe lab practices per CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA
  • Communicate results and coordinate with providers and clinical staff

Qualifications

  • Active WA State MA-P (Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist) certification required
  • High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent)
  • Strong customer service and phlebotomy skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Must pass pre-hire competency test
