We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $21.25/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
Position Summary
Responsible for creation and movement of physical samples. Responsible for performing designated physical seed quality analysis. The Technician will provide support and assistance to by preparing buffers and reagents, assisting with seed health tests and performing greenhouse work.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Prepare buffers and reagents, maintain indicator plants and conduct grow-out assays, inspect, operate, and maintain equipment, assist with seed health tests, follow and maintain the ISO Quality Management Standards wear proper PPE and take proper safety precautions while working in the lab.
Qualification:
* Bachelors in Biology or relevant
* 1-3 Years of Experience
