LAB & OPERATIONS SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
Location: Irvine, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE
BridgeMed Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lab & Operations Support Technician to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional position offering the opportunity to gain experience across multiple areas of medical device operations. The successful candidate will be cross-trained in laboratory support and medical device packaging, helping provide reliable support across our day-to-day operations.
As you become proficient in the role, there may also be opportunities to expand your responsibilities into documentation, inventory, recordkeeping, filing, and other administrative functions.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, eager to learn, and interested in developing a well-rounded skill set within the medical device industry. Previous industry experience is welcome but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support daily laboratory operations, including cleaning, preparation, organization, and maintaining work areas.
• Operate autoclaves and assist with sterilization-related activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with medical device packaging and related production activities.
• Cross-train in laboratory and packaging functions to provide support where needed.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, materials, and supply organization.
• Follow written procedures and complete required documentation accurately.
• Support laboratory and operations staff with day-to-day projects and activities.
• As trained, assist with filing, scanning, data entry, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow company quality and safety procedures.
• Perform additional operational support duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable performing hands-on and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow written procedures and instructions accurately.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple areas.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous laboratory, medical device, manufacturing, packaging, inventory, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
• $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Standard schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
• Some scheduling flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
