Job description

The QC Lab Support Analyst supports quality, compliance, and operational processes that enable efficient and compliant QC laboratory operations. This role performs routine laboratory support activities including sample control, inventory management, laboratory materials management, equipment support, documentation, and operational support activities. The Analyst supports investigations, deviations, CAPAs, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and regulatory requirements. The Analyst collaborates with internal stakeholders to maintain inspection-ready laboratory operations and may provide operational support as needed to ensure business continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Execute QC Lab Support processes to support compliant and efficient laboratory operations.
  • Perform assigned sample control, inventory management, laboratory materials, equipment support, and laboratory operations activities.
  • Support sample receipt, distribution, shipping, retention, reconciliation, and disposal activities in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Monitor assigned processes, identify routine issues, and escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and issue resolution activities through data collection, documentation review, and execution of assigned actions.
  • Author and revise SOPs, work instructions, records, and other controlled documents with appropriate guidance and review.
  • Support audit and inspection readiness activities through maintenance of records, documentation, and process information.
  • Support preparation of metrics, regulatory reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support implementation of process improvements.
  • Collaborate with QC, QA, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Engineering, Manufacturing, and external partners to support business objectives.
  • Support inventory replenishment, vendor-supported activities, procurement processes, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and related documentation.
  • Maintain proficiency in operational support activities and provide operational coverage as needed to support business continuity
