The Joppa-Maple Grove School District is now accepting applications for a full-time Steam Lab Teacher who will also serve as the Makerspace Coordinator for the 2026-27 school year. Applicants must hold an Illinois Teaching Certificate or have the ability to obtain a Professional Educators License in Illinois prior to the start of next school year. Preference will be given to those certified to teach Technology. The Steam (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) Lab is designed to give students "hands-on" learning opportunities and is equipped with state-of-the-art 3D printers and a Laser Cutter.
