What does a lab services manager do?

A Lab Services Manager oversees the daily operations of laboratory facilities, ensuring that workflows are efficient, quality standards are met, and safety protocols are followed. Lab Services Managers often serve as a liaison between laboratory staff, clients, and upper management to ensure that laboratory services meet organizational goals.
