Work Schedule:8am-10p CST, Monday through Friday, and from 8a-8p on Saturdays

Position Introduction:
OU Information Technology is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Student Lab Assistant to join our team at the Sandra L. O'Brien Collaborative Learning Hub, located in Collings Hall within the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education.
The successful candidate will be part of a team providing comprehensive support to students, faculty, and staff. Saturday Shifts- Nights and weekends with flexible working schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the checkout process for items available for loan
Delivering printing and technology sharing support
Assisting with providing basic, first-level technical support, including assisting users with routine troubleshooting for accounts, software and devices.
Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate IT staff.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Must be currently enrolled in the Fall Term as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
  • Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
