  • Perform sample receiving and sample login, confirming that all samples are correctly labeled and match the accompanying documentation.
  • Verify that results data and sample data match, ensuring data integrity before evaluation or report release.
  • Add new customers and machine compartments to the database and verify customer addresses or machine ownership as needed.
  • Complete manual data entry for sample information, test data, and client records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ensure test data is complete, correct, and ready for evaluation in accordance with lab guidelines and client specifications.
  • Sort the lab's daily run of customer reports and prepare feedback copies of sample reports for distribution each day.
  • Log Level II coolant samples and coordinate shipping of these and other samples for additional test work.
  • Assist in shipping samples to external or internal testing locations, following established procedures and timelines.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of warranty letters as needed.
  • Assist in invoicing special sample services and ensuring related documentation is accurate and complete.
