Job description

The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.

Cardiac Cath Lab Manager

Plans, organizes, and coordinates the daily operations of the Cardiovascular departments. Assists with workflow as necessary. In collaboration with other Cardiovascular/Imaging managers, performs the duties of the director in his/her absence. Provides a variety of administrative -related functions including responsibility for the operational management of Imaging Services departments.

Qualifications

  • Current registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts
  • OR Current Licensure in the State of Kansas as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Current Multi-State Licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • Graduate of school of Radiologic Technology or graduate of school of professional nursing
  • Bachelor's degree
  • BLS, ACLS

Experience Requirements:

Strong Cath Lab RN experience or RT experience, a minimum of one year of leadership experience.

Must have strong team building, strong clinical skills, strong leadership skills
