Job description

Join Our Innovation Team as an R&D Laboratory Technician!

At KDC, our Research & Development Lab is detail-oriented and hands-on. Be a part of a team making it happen.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

  • Verify, calibrate, and maintain essential equipment like balances, pH meters, and light boxes.
  • Label, pack, and ship R&D samples to our Quality Control Lab and other KDC sites.
  • Assist with stability testing, place samples in controlled conditions, and analyze results to ensure product excellence.
  • Order and restock lab supplies and glassware so the team never misses items
  • Document everything accurately and maintain confidentiality of formulas and sensitive information.
  • Perform cleaning duties and follow all safety and environmental guidelines.

What We Need from You:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • ย 1+ year of lab experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of FDA GMPs, OSHA safety requirements, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
