Description:
Responsible for creation and movement of physical samples. Responsible for performing designated physical seed quality analysis. The Technician will provide support and assistance to by preparing buffers and reagents, assisting with seed health tests and performing greenhouse work. Duties and responsibilities include: Prepare buffers and reagents, maintain indicator plants and conduct grow-out assays, inspect, operate, and maintain equipment, assist with seed health tests, follow and maintain the ISO Quality Management Standards wear proper PPE and take proper safety precautions while working in the lab.
Requirements:
must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global and multi-cultural environment.
Required education is High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and related experience and/or training preferred.
