As the materials innovation center behind ClearCorrect, we develop advanced polymer technologies that support next-generation dental and orthodontic products. We're looking for a Senior Lab Analyst to play a key role in executing laboratory experiments, characterizing advanced polymer materials, and generating the high-quality data that drives product development. What you'll do

As a Senior Lab Analyst, you'll support scientists and engineers by executing laboratory experiments and ensuring the quality and reliability of material testing.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, formulating, and testing polymer materials in the laboratory.
  • Performing material characterization using analytical and mechanical testing techniques.
  • Supporting development and optimization of new polymer formulations.
  • Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment.
  • Documenting experimental procedures, results, and technical reports.
  • Writing and maintaining laboratory SOPs.
  • Supporting patent-related studies and product development activities.
  • Ensuring laboratory safety and compliance with quality standards.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in the lab and has a passion for generating reliable scientific data.

You'll likely bring:

  • A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience working with polymer or advanced materials.
  • Experience using analytical techniques such as DSC, DMA, TGA, FTIR, tensile testing, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a structured laboratory environment.

  • Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis is an asset.

Vous apporterez probablement :

  • Un baccalaureat ou une maitrise en sciences, en genie ou dans une discipline connexe.
  • De l'experience pratique en laboratoire avec des polymeres ou des materiaux avances.
  • De l'experience avec des techniques analytiques telles que DSC, DMA, TGA, FTIR, tests de traction ou similaires.
  • De solides competences analytiques et une excellente attention aux details.
  • De l'experience de travail dans un environnement de laboratoire structure.
  • Une maitrise avancee de l'anglais est requise, car il s'agit d'un role mondial impliquant une collaboration et une communication regulieres avec les parties prenantes internationales.
  • La connaissance de la conception d'experiences (DOE) et de l'analyse statistique est un atout.
