Hamilton Spine Health & Sport Golf Lab Coach Assistant - PRN

Schedule: PRN | Golf Lab Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM

The Golf Lab at Hamilton Spine Health and Sport is North Georgia's most advanced golf-performance environment - integrating AR/AI putting analytics, dual simulators, Sportsbox 3D motion capture, and custom club fitting. We help golfers move better, to avoid injuries (back problems are number 1 injury in golfers) swing smarter, and perform at their best by connecting the science of the body with the art of the game.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new technology, and growing within a modern golf-performance environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support daily Golf Lab operations and member experience.
  • Assist members and clients with simulator sessions and Golf Lab technology.
  • Help supervise and maintain the Golf Lab during operating hours.
  • Learn The Golf Lab's teaching, fitting, and technology systems through mentorship.
  • Support Golf Lab memberships, events, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with basic facility organization, setup, and client flow throughout the day.

Looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about golf, health, fitness, and human performance.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients and creating a welcoming environment.
  • Interested in learning golf instruction, technology, and club fitting systems.
  • Coachable, dependable, and eager to grow in a mentorship-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Background, preferred but not required:

  • Experience in golf, fitness, customer service, or athletic environments.
  • Familiarity with golf technology, simulators, or launch monitors is a plus.
  • Social media and content experience are a plus.
  • Basic knowledge with Spine Health and Sport philosophy
  • CPR/AED certification is a plus.
