  • Monday-Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Position Summary

The Laboratory Technician performs routine lab testing to support food safety, quality, and operations teams. This role involves analyzing samples, maintaining lab equipment, and recording results accurately. You'll work under moderate supervision and collaborate with different teams to support safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine testing and analysis of samples
  • Prepare samples (grinding, labeling, weighing, NIR scanning)
  • Monitor and maintain lab equipment (calibration, basic maintenance, minor repairs)
  • Record and communicate test results in databases
  • Manage daily lab samples and documentation
  • Support food safety, quality, and regulatory initiatives
  • Maintain a clean and organized lab environment
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

High school diploma

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
