Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual R&D Lab Technician to join our dynamic Research & Development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced lab environment, enjoys hands-on work, and has a strong interest in innovation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and testing new products while ensuring accurate documentation and communication across teams in both English and Spanish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct experiments, tests, and analyses to support the development of new products and formulations.
  • Operate and maintain lab equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare samples, record data, and document findings with precision.
  • Translate technical documents, procedures, and test results between English and Spanish as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe laboratory environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a lab setting (R&D experience preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
