Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is hiring for a Lab Tech in Clark, NJ. Apply today if you meet the qualifications below!

Location: Clark, NJ

Duration: 6 month contract

Pay rate: $24.26/hour

Schedule:3 days per week 24-28 hours per week

Job duties for this position include:

MAJOR FUNCTION

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support scientists with daily lab operations and executing experimental protocols.

Key responsibilities

include preparing test samples, maintaining equipment, recording data, managing supply inventory, and ensuring strict adherence to protocols. A foundational knowledge of cosmetic products is strongly preferred.

  • Logistical Coordination: Coordinate product samples, orders and maintain lab supplies, update project tracking files, work with our participant recruitment team from study initialization to completion.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate and detailed records of studies, protocol adjustments, and other relevant information.

  • Collaboration: Develop strong working relationships with the evaluation team and daily sensory panelists.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, driven, and team player with exceptional organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) and is confident in learning new software programs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work on multiple projects.

  • Passion for personal care products.

  • Salon or Spa experience is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to work on site in Clark, NJ 4 days a week
