Job description

Job requirements:

• Associates degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (or related field)

• Active Florida Medical Lab Technician (MLT) license

• Phlebotomy experience (preferred).

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Medical Lab Technologist to join a large regional health system in North Florida. In this role, the technician will be responsible for analyzing urine and blood samples, preparing specimens for transport to an external lab, and delivering results to physicians. They will also support daily lab operations by opening and closing the lab while managing an average of 5–20 samples per day across the facility. This role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, Friday-Sunday, 8 AM - 5PM.

Compensation: This role is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. On contract, the pay rate is $22-$32/ hour based on years of experience and skillset. Health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits provided on contract.
