Peco Foods Inc. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Lab Assistant for our Microbiology Lab to support sample preparation and laboratory operations. This is a part-time position working 20-25 hours each week. The work schedule will be day shift Friday through Sunday. Minimum Qualifications: At least 1 year of college coursework with a strong emphasis in life sciences.
