Cath Lab Technician

Location: Benton, AR

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Cath Lab Technician for a rapid response role at a community hospital. The facility offers a wide range of services, including cardiology, neurology, pediatrics, and more. Ideal candidates must be able to start within 7-10 days from offer acceptance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various catheterization procedures in the cath lab.
  • Assist in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions.
  • Maintain patient records and assist in the preparation of diagnostic reports.
  • Participate in call rotations, covering every other weekend and 2 days per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

  • Radiologic Technologist - Must be registered by ARRT and hold an Arkansas State Department of Health License.
  • Cardiovascular Technician - Must be a registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) and hold an Arkansas State Department of Health Limited Specialty License.
  • BLS and ACLS certification is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
