About Us:   Our office is a patient-centered, modern dental practice committed to delivering exceptional care in a comfortable environment.  Our team is passionate about oral health and dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to every patient who walks through our doors.  
Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate would plan to stay with us long-term to assist Dr. Castro Tigre with clinical procedures while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:  Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist the dentist during treatment.
Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms.
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) We will train the right person.
Maintain accurate patient records:  complete notes for the dentist, enter needed dental treatment.  Typing skills a plus!
Fabricate crown provisionals, take impressions for appliances, manage the dental lab, send cases to and from dental labs with all needed information and photos.
Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.  
Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent
X-ray certification: will train the right person and help you get certified 
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) 
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
