Opportunity Overviewย 

We are looking for an Engineering Lab Assistant to integrate with our mechanical engineering design teams and machine shop. Responsibilities include working with the engineers to:ย 

  • Help coordinate design verification tasks with our engineering teams;ย Balance material needs, engineeringย resourcesย and system availability to ensureย projectsย are executed on-time and efficiently.ย 
  • Facilitate the fabricationย of mechanical partsย andย communication between our on-site machine shop,ย engineering teams, and 3rdย party suppliers to ensureย materialsย are ready for design activity.ย 
  • Monitorย project activities and report status to project managers and senior managementย 
  • Identifyย and mitigate risks and issues throughout design verificationย activitiesย 
  • Help manageย and track material budgets and lab expendituresย

Compensation:
The hourly range for this role is $21-$28 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
