Job Description:
  • As a Lab Assistant, you will facilitate the daily operations of the facility through assisting the production staff with administrative and housekeeping tasks which are crucial to maintain excellent customer service and site inspection readiness.
  • This job involves working nightshift in a manufacturing setting and occupational exposure to radiation.
  • As a Lab Assistant, you are responsible for:
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to read, listen and understand technical direction, policies and procedure
  • Effective communication skill
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding and awareness of radiation safety, quality, & EHS programs
  • Communicate routine logistical functions including preparing product for shipment, coordinating courier schedules/changes, and documenting as necessary
  • Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containers
  • Processes packages returned from customer locations
  • Assists with inventory, material storage, and check-in
  • Cleans and sanitizes delivery cases, work areas, high touch points
  • Performs general facility cleaning and other duties as required
  • Provides excellent customer service by answering telephones, forwarding messages, taking messages, and tracking deliveries
  • Assist pharmacy personnel with clerical functions
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor
  • You can lift up to 100Lbs
