Balanced Schedule
Full-time, onsite role, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week).
What You'll Do
As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality orthodontic care and creating a positive experience for every patient.
  • Partner with orthodontists to provide exceptional clinical care and help patients achieve confident, healthy smiles.
  • Capture and process accurate dental records, including x-rays, scans, and photos.
  • Prepare patients and clinical areas for treatment, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow throughout the day.
  • Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions.
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.
  • Assist with lab duties and clinical materials as needed.
  • Greet, seat, and support patients throughout their visit, helping them feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Travel between i-Orthodontics locations to support patient care and team needs.

About You
  • Orthodontic assisting experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Knowledge of clinical standards, infection control, and health and safety regulations.
  • Willingness to learn and grow - experience with orthodontic software is a plus, but we're happy to train.
  • A genuine people person who connects easily with patients, parents, and teammates.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and comfortable traveling between office locations as needed.
