Job Summary:
BigRio is a Digital Transformation consulting firm specializing in data and analytics, custom development, and software implementation. They are seeking a Senior Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Developer to design, develop, and implement LIMS solutions that optimize laboratory operations and data management while collaborating with stakeholders and leading projects.
Responsibilities:
• LIMS Development & Customization: Design, develop, and tailor LIMS solutions to meet laboratory needs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with laboratory personnel to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• System Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between LIMS and other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, data analysis tools).
• Project Leadership: Lead LIMS implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, and user training.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain LIMS documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for data integrity, security, and quality.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate and recommend enhancements to LIMS functionalities for better system performance and user experience.
• User Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective system utilization.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with IT teams, laboratory staff, and vendors to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in LIMS development or similar roles, with expertise in designing and implementing LIMS solutions.

• Project management experience and leading technical teams.
Preferred:
