We are looking for an L3: Warehouse Lead for our Mesa, AZ location. It's an exciting time to join the DP World team!
About the Role
How you will contribute
  • Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
  • Assist with monitoring daily KPI's, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
  • Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
  • Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
  • Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
  • Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Key Qualifications
  • HS Diploma / GED.
  • Experience in a Lead role.
  • Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
  • Prior forklift experience.
