Role: iValua Integration Consultant (L3 Certified)

Location: Dallas, TX  

Duration: 6 Months

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and L3 iValua Certified Consultant to join our team in Dallas for a critical 6-month project. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in solution configuration and technical integration within the iValua platform. This role requires a professional who can bridge the gap between technical API/SQL requirements and functional procurement workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Configuration: Lead the hands-on configuration of iValua modules to meet specific business requirements.
  • Technical Integration: Design, develop, and maintain integrations using iValua’s API and ETL tools.
  • Technical Support: Provide L3-level technical expertise for complex integration issues and data mapping.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Manage functional workflows across Sourcing, Contracting, SRM, Purchasing, and Invoicing (GR/IR).
  • SQL Mastery: Execute complex SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and platform optimization.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with procurement and IT teams to ensure the solution aligns with global supply chain standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Certification: Must hold an active iValua L3 Certification in Integration (API and ETL).
  • Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated hands-on experience with iValua configuration.
  • Total Experience: 6–8 years in Digital Procurement or IT Analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and API-based integrations.
  • Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive E2E knowledge of Sourcing, SRM, Purchasing, and Invoicing.
  • Onsite Commitment: Ability to work 100% onsite in Dallas, TX for the duration of the contract.

Recruiter Tips for iValua Candidates:

  • The "L3" Differentiator: iValua certifications are rigorous. A candidate with an L3 Integration cert is significantly more technical than a standard functional consultant. They should be able to discuss "Data Sprays," "Extractors," and "Web Services" in detail.
  • Functional Flow: During screening, ask them to explain a complex GR/IR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt) reconciliation they handled within the platform. This is a common pain point for iValua clients.
