Your tasks
Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced L3 End User Support Technician to provide advanced onsite and remote IT support across enterprise environments. This role focuses on complex troubleshooting of hardware, software, and enterprise systems, supporting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end-user technologies. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, experience handling escalations, and delivers high-quality customer service while working directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced IT support for desktops, laptops, and end-user systems
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues
  • Act as an escalation point for L1 and L2 support teams
  • Install, configure, and maintain enterprise IT systems and applications
