By blending people-centric leadership with disciplined operational strategies and purpose-driven growth, Barry-Wehmiller has become a $3 billion organization with nearly 12,000 team members united by a common belief: to use the power of business to build a better world.

Job Description:

The Regional Leader owns the growth, client relationships, and performance of their region, running
it as a business while carrying Chapman & Co.'s culture into every engagement. As a senior member
of the leadership team, this role holds full accountability for the region's commercial results and the
development of its people, ensuring our truly human leadership culture remains a guiding light in
how we grow and how we serve. The Regional Leader is focused on deepening established client
relationships and scaling a healthy, complex book of business.

Primary Responsibilities:
Own regional performance - hold full accountability for the region's revenue, margin, and
growth, running the region as a business.
Lead client relationships - serve as the senior face of the firm in the region, deepening trust
with senior leaders and ensuring every engagement reflects who we are.
Grow the business - develop and expand the region's book through relationship-building,
market insight, and proactive outreach.
Build and develop the team - grow regional bench strength so we scale without losing quality,
developing people toward their strengths.
Bring operating discipline - create the rhythm and clarity that connect day-to-day execution to
the region's priorities and the firm's goals.
Partner across the firm - work with the Centers of Excellence and fellow Regional Leaders to
operate as One Chapman & Co.

Role Expectations:
At Chapman & Co., Regional Leaders are both stewards and catalysts, entrusted with growing the
business, deepening client impact, and shaping the future of the firm. They live this by:
Owning relationships and results - building trust with clients, colleagues, and communities, and
delivering lasting impact.
Driving growth - expanding the region through business development, client delivery, and
operational excellence.
Championing integration - working across teams and Centers of Excellence to operate as One
Chapman & Co.
Modeling collaboration and curiosity - creating space for diverse perspectives and
environments where ideas thrive.
Holding a long-term view - making decisions that strengthen our culture, brand, and client
relationships for years to come.
Leadership Philosophy:
We believe great leadership is both deeply human and highly effective, and that performance is
sustainable only when people are genuinely cared for. As a Regional Leader at Chapman & Co., you:
Lead with authenticity - build trust through transparency and align your actions with our values.
Create environments where people flourish - empower your team to bring their best, guided by
clarity, purpose, and respect.
Connect and collaborate - value relationships as much as results, working across boundaries
toward shared goals.
Stay curious - seek to understand before being understood.
Empower others - equip people with the tools, confidence, and autonomy to excel.
Balance heart and performance - make decisions that serve both people and results, knowing
the two are inseparable.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience - 12+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior roles with full
financial and team accountability.
Financial accountability - has owned a P&L, or led a function or business unit with comparable
financial and resource accountability.
Client growth - a record of growing and retaining client relationships and the revenue tied to
them.
Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

What We're Looking For:
Commercial growth - a record of generating revenue, originating new client relationships, and
growing a book of business.
Financial stewardship - has owned a P&L, or led a function or business unit with comparable
scale of financial accountability and resource ownership.
Client leadership - works with senior leaders and teams as a trusted advisor, building lasting
relationships.
People leadership - develops talent and builds teams that scale.
Operating discipline - brings rhythm, focus, and accountability to a complex business.
Human-centered leadership - a genuine commitment to people and culture, with the humility
and presence to live Truly Human Leadership in front of clients and colleagues.
