  • Drive Financial Vitality: Command your P&L. Optimize revenue via mountain-season yield management, project precise forecasting, manage payroll productivity, and crush bottom-line targets.
  • Champion Five-Star Innovation: Curate an artistic, trend-setting menu of alpine-inspired services and create high-impact retail environments that captivate affluent global travelers.
  • Lead & Inspire: Build a magnetic, high-vibe workplace culture. Coach, mentor, and empower your team to become elite, intuitive problem solvers.
  • Master the Operation: Oversee flawless facility logistics—from cutting-edge inventory control and strategic scheduling to utilizing HotSos for immaculate property staging.
  • Market Your Vision: Design aggressive in-house promotions and compelling brand strategies to boost sales, retain loyal guests, and expand market share.



WHO YOU ARE (Job Requirements)

  • The Experience: 8–10+ years of high-level supervisory experience, ideally within a world-class luxury mountain resort, elite health facility, or hospitality environment.
  • The Credentials: Active LMT or LME license with deep, specialized knowledge of wellness programming and modern spa therapies.
  • The Business Brain: Commercially sharp and highly tech-savvy—expertly utilizing Booker, Opera, and Microsoft Excel to interpret financial data and spot emerging trends.
  • The Leader: A highly motivated, emotionally intelligent communicator who remains calm under pressure, acts with effortless diplomacy, and leads by inspiring example.
