Nissha Medical Technologies - New Richmond is home to the Isometric Micro Molding Center of Excellence, where highly skilled teams take pride in solving some of the most challenging manufacturing problems in medical technology. Located in New Richmond, Wisconsin, this campus brings together deep expertise in micro molding, precision tooling, and micro automated assembly to support devices where precision, reliability, and miniaturization truly matter.

Our New Richmond team plays a critical role in helping customers turn complex ideas into scalable, manufacturable solutions for applications such as drug delivery, surgical robotics, diagnostics, and minimally invasive devices. What You Will Do

  • Perform on-floor visual inspections of Production and Development products per approved work instructions and inspection plans.
  • Execute with startup and shutdown verifications (MMR) to confirm readiness and documentation accuracy.
  • Perform incoming raw material inspection against documented acceptance criteria 
  • Open nonconforming product per procedure
  • Physical scrap material from non-conformance when directed.
  • Perform Batch review and signoff
  • Perform post sort/rework inspection
  • Perform Final Shipment Checks
  • Communicate inspection results with internal team members
  • Supports Isometric ISO13485 continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

Core Qualifications

  • Associate degree in related technical field or 2 + years of relevant experience
  • Understand blueprint reading and GD&T concepts.
  • Knowledge of different inspection equipment and methods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical molding and validation experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
