Job description

Job Purpose:Provide comprehensive Human Resources support across the employee lifecycle mainly in payroll processing/administration and benefits coordination. The role is responsible for ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with applicable employment laws, bank policies, and regulatory requirements while contributing to a positive employee experience. This role also supports selected administrative activities related to employee services and workplace operations.Responsibilities:

Employee Records & HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.
  • Process employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, leave requests, and terminations.
  • Support maintenance of HR systems and employee databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employment matters.
  • Assist with preparation and administration of employment-related documentation

Payroll & Benefits

  • Responsible for payroll processing activities and ensure employee information is accurately maintained within payroll systems.
  • Coordinate payroll-related employee changes and review payroll data for accuracy.
  • Serve as liaison between employees, HR, Payroll, and Finance regarding payroll inquiries.
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment activities, retirement plans, and annual benefits processes.
  • Maintain payroll and benefits records in accordance with regulatory and audit requirements.


Administrative Support

  • Coordinate employee ID issuance and access-related requests.
  • Maintain department records, files, and documentation.
  • Responsible for vendor coordination and employee service-related administrative tasks.
  • Act as “facility in charge” and manage relationships with vendors and landlord.
  • Follow up and track invoice payments.


Recruiting & Onboarding

  • Support HR hiring agenda including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation. and organizational projects assigned.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities to ensure seamless employee experience.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and relevant departments regarding staffing requirements and onboarding needs.
  • Monitor completion of required onboarding activities, compliance training, and access requests.
  • Maintain candidate and recruitment records in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.



Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Previous experience in payroll administration is a must
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll platforms.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance requirements
