    • Design, implement, and support enterprise GitOps solutions using ArgoCD within Red Hat OpenShift environments<\/span>

    • Configure and manage OpenShift clusters across on\-premises and cloud platforms<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Develop and maintain CI\/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton, or Azure DevOps<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Automate deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Implement Kubernetes best practices for scalability, resiliency, monitoring, and security<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Manage containerized workloads and troubleshoot complex platform issues<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Integrate security controls and compliance requirements into DevOps workflows (DevSecOps)<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with development teams to modernize legacy applications into cloud\-native architectures<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Configure role\-based access controls (RBAC), secrets management, and policy enforcement<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Support monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for OpenShift environments<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Lead architecture discussions, technical workshops, and client\-facing solution engagements<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across DevOps initiatives<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Create operational documentation, deployment standards, and automation runbooks<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      Requirements<\/h3>\n
      \n REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<\/u><\/b> <\/span>

      • 7+ years of experience in Linux systems administration, DevOps, or cloud platform engineering<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • 4+ years of hands\-on experience with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Strong expertise with ArgoCD and GitOps deployment methodologies<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience implementing CI\/CD pipelines and automation frameworks<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Deep understanding of container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience with scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or Go<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of networking, security, and identity management concepts<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience troubleshooting distributed systems and containerized applications<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Excellent communication and client\-facing consulting skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
