Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time | Brenham, TX | SNF Setting
Synergy Care is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) for Kruse Village / High Hope of Brenham, skilled nursing facilities in Brenham, Texas.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Provide patient and caregiver education
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (or graduating within 6 months)
  • Current NBCOT certification required
  • Active Texas OT license (or eligible)
  • New grads welcome to apply
