Position: Multi-Unit Restaurant Ops Manager
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay: $115-125K
Our client in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a Multi-Unit Restaurant Ops Manager!
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned F&B venues, overseeing all operations, team management, and problem-solving within budget.
- Collaborate on strategic planning for operational improvements and growth based on venue performance.
- Lead and support F&B venues by enhancing operations, setting standards, and managing vendor relationships.
- Oversee budgeting, analyze financials, and report on venue results and improvement plans.
- Implement programs to improve guest service, team dynamics, and morale.
- Maintain accurate records, assist with cost controls, and drive revenue through marketing.
- Stay current on industry trends and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- A degree plus 6 years of experience (or 9 years without) in a similar organization, plus 3 years of management experience are required.
- Must obtain Responsible Alcohol and ServSafecertifications within 90 days.
- Proficiency in relevant software (Microsoft Office, Kronos, InfoGenesis, Red Rock) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are needed for a fast-paced environment. Maintaining confidentiality is required.
