The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), enterprise API integrations, identity/HR system integration, OT/industrial networking, cloud/hybrid architecture and cybersecurity controls.

This position requires someone who can operate at both the architecture and hands-on integration level, connecting physical security platforms with enterprise identity, HR, payroll, ERP and Time & Attendance systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enterprise PACS and physical security system integrations.
  • Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks, event streaming and OAuth 2.0.
  • Integrate physical access control platforms such as LenelS2 OnGuard/OpenAccess, Genetec or C CURE with enterprise applications.
  • Integrate PACS with Workday, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID to automate employee onboarding, offboarding and access provisioning.
  • Integrate badge/access events with SAP, UKG/Kronos, ADP and other payroll, ERP or Time & Attendance systems.
  • Design secure SaaS, cloud and hybrid architectures, including failover, synchronization and post-outage data reconciliation.
  • Support physical security technologies deployed within manufacturing, plant and OT environments.
  • Design network segmentation, firewall connectivity and PoE infrastructure for physical security devices.
  • Implement cybersecurity hardening for access-control and physical security platforms, including device certificates, encryption, patching and tamper protection.
  • Support privacy and data-residency requirements for video, badge and access-control data.
  • Translate applicable ISO 27001/27002 and physical security controls into technical system configurations.
  • Develop automation using Python and/or PowerShell for migrations, cardholder provisioning and bulk operations.
  • Evaluate security technology vendors, review technical RFI/RFP responses and support proof-of-concept testing.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience designing and integrating enterprise Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).
  • Hands-on experience with one or more major PACS platforms such as:
    • LenelS2 OnGuard / OpenAccess
    • Genetec
    • C CURE
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, SDKs, webhooks and OAuth 2.0.
  • Experience integrating PACS with HR and identity platforms, preferably Workday, Active Directory and/or Entra ID.
  • Experience integrating access/badge data with enterprise applications such as SAP, UKG/Kronos, ADP, payroll or Time & Attendance systems.
  • Knowledge of OT/industrial networking, network segmentation, firewalls and PoE.
  • Understanding of cloud/SaaS/hybrid architecture, resiliency, failover and data synchronization.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls for physical security technology.
  • Scripting or automation experience using Python and/or PowerShell.
  • Strong technical architecture, troubleshooting and vendor-evaluation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting physical security technologies in manufacturing, industrial or engineering environments.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 and related physical security standards.
  • Understanding of GDPR, privacy requirements and regional data-residency considerations.
  • Experience conducting technical vendor evaluations, RFI/RFP reviews and proof-of-concept testing.
